NEED TO KNOW

WHEN-Monday June 5th-Thursday June 8th from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

WHERE- Heyward Gibbes Middle School 500 Summerlea Dr. Columbia, SC 29203 in the Gymnasium.

​

REGISTRATION- Registration form can be found on the cost page, detailing the registration fees. Registration fees are non-refundable. Your child's spot at camp will be secured once a form of payment is received and registration form on file within the allotted time frame.

CHECK IN- Monday June 5th starting at 7:15 am. Staff will ensure that all required paper work is on file and all fees are paid before camper can start camp.

DROP OFF-June 5th-8th drop off time is from 7:15 am until 8:10 am. Campers are to be dropped off in the gymnasium area, where they will sign in.

​

PICK UP- June 5th-7th at 3:00 pm. Campers will not be able to leave the facility unless they are signed out by a parent/guardian or other listed person(s) on paper work. June 8th campers will leave with parent/guardians after the Parent Showcase.

​

FOOD-Lunch and Snack will be  provided each day. Lunch hour is 11:00 am until 12 noon.

​

ATTIRE-Campers are to wear athletic top and bottoms (t-shirt, tanks shorts, jogging pants etc.) along with athletic shoes (preferably white or black) Mon-Thurs. Each day will have a specific T-Shirt color to wear.

  • Mon-White T-Shirt

  • Tues-Red T-Shirt

  • Wed-Pink T-Shirt

  • Thur-  Wear your Shirt Shorts & Bow

No Jewelry or artificial nails allowed. Hair must be neat and out of your child's face.

PARENT SHOWCASE- This showcase will be held on the last day, June 8th for the girls to show their parents everything they have learned throughout camp. Parent Showcase will start at 3:30 pm.

​

FEES- All fees have to paid in full by the Start of camp. If there is a remaining balance left, your child will not be able to start camp.

 

PAYMENT PLAN OPTION-$60 non-refundable initial down payment, $60 second payment (specified once 1st payment is received) and remaining payment is due the morning of Camp

​

SIBLING DISCOUNT- $50 will be deducted for each sibling after 2

 

CANCELLATION POLICY- Director has to receive notice of cancellation no  later than two weeks prior to the start of camp. Only 30% of all paid fees wil be refunded.
